Where does this curriculum come from?
It follows the curricula published by the French Ministry of Education in the Bulletin officiel, for middle school and general high school. Chapters are grouped by theme, in the order they are usually taught.
Is the curriculum the same in every school?
The curricula are national, but each teacher is free to choose the order. In middle school, the cycle 4 curriculum is defined for three years at once, so the split between years can vary from one school to another.
