Définitions :

  • Short items : effective for a short item
  • Tenant : Someone who pays rent for a property
  • To address : To direct speech or writing to a particular person, to speak to
  • Lease : A contract for a period of time, paying for use a property
  • Mortgages : A loan for the purchase of a property
  • Adjustable rates : an interest rate that will change periodically
  • Utilities : A public facility like Gas, water …
  • Lenders : a group or a person who makes money available for other to use, but will need to be repaid
  • Borrowers : a person who will take up a loan and repay it at a later date
  • Communities : a group of people living in the same area, or a group having the same interests
  • Deposit : to put down part of the money owed as security
  • Neighborhood : a group of houses in a particular area
  • Foreclosure : a legal process where the bank will take ownership because payment has not been made
  • Landlord : Someone who one and rents out property
  • Suburbs : A residential are outside of the city 
  • Long item : Effective for a long period

  • Currency : The money that country uses
  • Balance : The amount of money available in your bank
  • Credit card : A card you use to buy goods and then pay for them later
  • Debit card : A card you use to buy goods which takes the money from your bank
  • Deposit : Put money in to your bank
  • Value : The amount of money that someone will pay for something
  • Share : A percentage of a company that can be bought and sold
  • Account : A place where you can keep money in a bank, putting money and taking money out of it
  • Branch : One of the offices or shops of a business that has many offices or shops
